Do you offer standalone services?

We can but we prefer to work end-to-end. That said, if you need a sharp strategic sprint (like brand positioning, pitch deck elevation, product launch, or legal brand protection), we’ll scope it tightly and deliver decisively.

How long does an engagement take?

From 4–6 week sprints to 12-month brand rebuilds. We structure each engagement based on your goals, urgency, and scale. For urgent resets, we have rapid Brand Triage options available.

Where are you based? Can you work globally?

We’re proudly headquartered in Melbourne, a partnered office in Shanghai and work with clients across Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe. Our network of senior operators means we can execute locally while thinking globally.

What’s the investment?

We price based on value, not hours. Once we understand your needs, we’ll scope a fixed fee or phased pricing model, no surprises, no retainers unless agreed. We also offer founder-friendly options for startups and advisory retainers for boards and PE teams.
