Seray Izlemek is a senior retail strategist and commercial operator with one of the most proven track records in scaling premium beauty and lifestyle brands across the Australian market. As a partner of LiquidLABS, she brings deep expertise in retail expansion, brand positioning at shelf level, and translating strategic direction into measurable commercial growth.

Seray’s career spans premium pharmacy, boutique retail, department store, giftware, museum, and lifestyle channels. Her strength lies in bridging strategy with execution. She doesn’t just plan growth, she builds the infrastructure that makes it happen.

During her tenure at MOR Cosmetics, Seray served as Sales Manager and played a pivotal role in scaling the brand nationally. She developed and managed a retail network of more than 450 accounts across department stores, pharmacy groups, independent boutiques, galleries, and lifestyle retailers. She built and led a 50-person department store team, implemented national KPI frameworks, managed call cycles, and delivered structured training programs across agents and distributors.

Her most significant commercial achievement was leading the launch of MOR Essentials and Premium into the pharmacy channel, expanding distribution to over 1,300 pharmacy doors within the first year and driving more than 120 percent year-on-year growth across key categories. This wasn’t theoretical strategy. It was operational execution at scale.

Prior to MOR, Seray represented and developed multiple boutique and premium brands across pharmacy and specialty retail, strengthening her capability in brand rollout, visual merchandising, and in-store experience. She is a certified visual merchandising specialist with expertise in planograms, retail storytelling, and aligning global brand direction with local market dynamics.

At LiquidLABS, Seray leads retail strategy, commercial architecture, and distribution pathway planning. She works alongside brand strategy and creative direction to ensure that repositioned brands don’t just look stronger, they perform stronger in market. Her role is to translate brand clarity into shelf presence, and shelf presence into sustained growth.
